About

Achievement teaches us a great deal. Then the questions get deeper.

Jessica's path moved from analytical, high-stakes professional work toward the questions underneath it: what people actually want, and what makes a life feel like their own.

Portrait of Coach Jessica

For about twenty years, Jessica worked inside organizations where decisions carried weight—including Fortune 500 companies such as The Walt Disney Company and Morgan Stanley. She learned discipline, analytical thinking, and responsibility, and she saw closely how people and organizations actually make choices.

Along the way, a different set of questions kept surfacing. Not “What is the right answer on paper?” but “Why does this matter to me?” Not “What should I do?” but “What do I really want—and what’s keeping me from it?”

Those questions led her to coaching. Her work now explores the other side of decisions: the beliefs, emotions, values, identities, and patterns underneath them. The analytical background hasn't gone anywhere—it shows up as structure, honesty, and a practical bias toward what you'll actually do next.

You don't need a corporate or financial background to work with Jessica. Her clients come from many kinds of lives. What they share is a willingness to look honestly at what they want and how they're living.

Coaching here is a partnership. You are the expert on your own life. Jessica's role is to help you see it more clearly and move with intention.

Curious whether this is a fit?

If something here resonates, the next step is simple: a conversation about what's on your mind and whether coaching is the right fit.
