Coaching

A structured conversation that helps you think clearly and act deliberately.

Coaching is collaborative, confidential, thought-provoking, and action-oriented. It isn't advice, and it isn't a formula. It's a space to understand yourself and decide what happens next.

In a session

What we might do together.

No two conversations look the same. Most include some of the following.

  • Exploring a current challenge
  • Identifying underlying beliefs or assumptions
  • Recognizing patterns
  • Looking at a situation from different perspectives
  • Clarifying what you actually want
  • Identifying choices
  • Creating practical next steps
  • Accountability and reflection between sessions

Coaching areas

Where the work usually lives.

Interconnected areas of life rather than fixed programs. Most people move between several.

Spirituality

Exploring meaning, purpose, values, beliefs, and your connection to something greater than yourself. Coaching can create space for the deeper questions that shape how you understand yourself, your experiences, and the life you want to live.

This area is client-led and inclusive. Jessica does not promote a particular religion, spiritual practice, or belief system. You're welcome to bring your own faith, spirituality, beliefs, questions, or uncertainty into the conversation when those things are meaningful to you.

  • Meaning and purpose
  • Values and beliefs
  • Faith and spirituality
  • Deeper questions
  • Uncertainty

Relationship With Money

The human side of money: the beliefs, memories, and meanings behind financial decisions.

  • Money beliefs
  • Security and scarcity
  • Spending patterns
  • Money and partnership
  • Defining enough

Important to be clear about

What coaching is not.

Coaching is not therapy, medical or psychological treatment, financial or investment advice, legal advice, or a substitute for licensed mental-health care. If something you bring would be better supported by a licensed professional, Jessica will say so and encourage you to seek that support.

Start with a conversation.

If something here resonates, the next step is simple: a conversation about what's on your mind and whether coaching is the right fit.
