A specialty within the practice

Your relationship with money is about more than money.

Behind financial decisions are often stories about security, success, independence, family, responsibility, fear, freedom, and what we believe a good life should look like. This coaching creates space to understand those stories.

Money is not only about numbers. It is also about what those numbers mean to us.

What we explore

Five threads of the same conversation.

Money Memories

How childhood, family, and culture shaped what you learned about money—often before you had any say in it.

Patterns

How those beliefs show up now: in saving, spending, avoidance, control, conflict, generosity, or quiet anxiety.

Money & Relationships

Two partners can look at the same numbers and feel entirely different things. Understanding that difference changes the conversation.

Defining Enough

What security, abundance, success, and freedom actually mean to you—not to anyone else.

Intentional Choices

Connecting financial behavior to your values and the life you actually want to be living.

Spirituality & Abundance

What does abundance mean to you?

Our relationship with money can be connected to much deeper questions about security, trust, gratitude, generosity, possibility, purpose, and what it means to have enough.

For some people, spirituality also shapes the way they think about money—what they value, what they feel responsible for, how they give and receive, and the role money plays in creating a meaningful life.

Coaching can create space to explore your own definition of abundance and how your beliefs about money align with your values, spirituality, and the life you want to create.

  • Enoughness
  • Gratitude
  • Possibility
  • Generosity
  • Security
  • Freedom
  • Purpose
  • Alignment with values

This exploration is entirely client-led. Jessica does not promote a particular religion, spiritual philosophy, or definition of abundance—and abundance here is never a promise of wealth or a substitute for practical financial realities. It's a personal concept, explored on your own terms.

A clear distinction

This is coaching, not financial services.

Relationship With Money coaching is not financial planning, investment management, tax advice, accounting services, budgeting advice, or financial-product recommendations. Jessica's CPA and professional financial background inform her perspective on how people think and feel about money, but the service itself remains life coaching.

Talk through what money means to you.
